Ariana Grande, pop superstar and self-appointed political commentator, has taken to Instagram to sneer at Trump voters — and the blowback was swift.
In a Monday post dripping with sarcasm, the Wicked star declared:
“I want to check in with Trump voters. I have one very genuine question: it’s been 250 days. Now that immigrants have been violently torn from their families and communities have been destroyed, now that trans people have been blamed for virtually everything and live in fear, now that free speech is on the brink of collapse for us all — has your life gotten better?”
She didn’t seem to expect an answer, but she got plenty.
Libs of TikTok, never one to waste a moment, fired back with a resounding “yes,” pointing to Trump’s record so far: securing the border, cutting down government waste, banning DEI and radical gender policies, protecting women’s sports, rescuing American hostages abroad, and sparking historic peace deals. “I do not regret my vote for a second. Couldn’t be happier!” the post concluded.
Hey Ariana Grande, as a Trump voter I will answer your question:
Yes life got better since Trump became President!
– secured our border
– made cities safer
– banned racist dei and child m*tilation
– historic peace deals around the world
– American hostages rescued
– cut down… pic.twitter.com/vb14BvzrwM— Libs of TikTok (@libsoftiktok) September 29, 2025
Conservative commentator Tomi Lahren chimed in too: “My life has gotten so much better! Thanks for asking!”
Ordinary voters had their own blunt assessments. One noted, “I love when celebs worth over $200 million, that have no clue about real life, treat everyday Americans like peasants. It’s so effective.” Another quipped, “Yes, Ariana, it has. One of the best things that’s happened is that we’ve learned to ignore spoiled, rich elitists handing out advice to the ‘peasants.’ You make us laugh.”
Grande, of course, has never hidden her politics. She endorsed Kamala Harris in 2024 and even mocked country star Carrie Underwood for daring to perform at Trump’s inauguration. Now, she’s doubling down — wagging her finger at voters while ignoring that her own lifestyle puts her light years away from the “real-life struggles” she claims to care about.
Maybe Ariana’s problem isn’t that Trump voters are unhappy. Maybe it’s that they’re happier than she wants them to be. And that, for an elite who thrives on outrage, might just be the biggest insult of all.
