Arrogant Millennials BLASTED by Governor for Stupefying Virus Response

I suppose every generation has their distinctions.

The greatest generation remains on top of the heap, having endured the hardships and savagery of World War II and lived to tell the tale.  You have Gen Z and Gen X who shaped culture in ever-stranger ways.  Then there are the baby boomers, or just simply “boomers” now, who are being erroneously blamed for every single issue that the planet is facing.

But, at the very bottom of this strange, selective pile lie the millennials, who this week completely destroyed whatever remained of their reputation.

This didn’t sit well with the Sunshine State’s Governor Ron DeSantis, however.

“The message I think for spring breakers is that the party’s over in Florida, you’re not going to be able to congregate on any beach in the state,” DeSantis said. “Many of the hot spots that people like to go to, whether it’s Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Clearwater Beach, are closed entirely for the time being.”

“The bars are closed so you’re not going to have a place to congregate there, so we would just tell those folks maybe come back next year when things are better, but that is not what we’re looking for here in the state of Florida,” he continued. “Every single beach will have to abide by the CDC guidelines, no more than 10 people, you have to be socially distant, not every beach is going to remain open, but some will.”

If millennials aren’t careful, they’re going to wind up with a reputation as the generation that wiped out their own parents and grandparents.
