GROSS: Hillary Tries Cashing in on Mar-a-Lago Raid

On Monday night, America witnessed something truly unprecedented as former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate was raided by the FBI.

The Bureau put on quite the show as well, arriving en masse with rented box trucks and military-style rifles, on what they said was a mission to retrieve boxes of documents that the National Archives requested.

There were some serious doubts about whether or not that story added up, but former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton decided to run with it, and try to make a buck with a nasty bit of merchandise.

A day after the FBI conducted a search of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, Hillary Clinton responded on Tuesday with a tweet promoting merchandise emblazoned with the phrase “But Her Emails” — which has become the sardonic response among her supporters to Trump’s many scandals.

Clinton wrote that every hat or T-shirt sold benefits Onward Together, the political action committee she founded following her loss to Trump in the 2016 presidential election.

Liberals were a little too excited about the deplorable apparel.

In a follow-up tweet, the former secretary of state said that the $30 hats quickly sold out but could be preordered for when they are back in stock.

Clinton’s clothing referenced an investigation into her own misdeeds while at the State Department, in which her staff installed a secret and illegal email server so that Clinton could conduct covert business without the oversight of a government watchdog.
