GUILTY! GOP Rep. Says Trump Definitely Committed THIS Crime!

At times, it certainly feels as though the January 6th select committee is racing the clock, hoping to dig up enough dirt on Donald Trump as to put an end to his 2025 aspirations before he even has a chance to announce his nigh-inevitable candidacy.

Trump is almost certainly planning to run for the White House again, having dropped an inordinate amount of hints over the course of the last year, (at least).  And, given just how poorly the Biden presidency is going, there is little doubt that No. 45 would handily take the incumbent down in that contest.

Perhaps that’s why never-Trump GOP Rep. Adam Kinzinger used his recent appearance on ABC to suggest that the former President is actually guilty of a serious crime.

Anchor George Stephanopoulos asked, “It’s up to the Justice Department in the end but have you reached the conclusion that President Trump should be prosecuted?”

Kinzinger said, “I certainly think the president is guilty of knowing what he did, seditious conspiracy, being involved in these kinds of different segments of pressuring DOJ, vice president etcetera. Obviously, as you know, we’re not a criminal charges committee. I want to be careful in specifically using that language. But what we are presenting before the American people would rise to the criminal involvement by the president and definitely failure of the oath. The oath has to matter here. Your personal demand to stand for the Constitution has to matter. If you have people that don’t regard that at all, there’s no law in the world that we can pass that will make a bit of difference.”

Kinzinger’s assumption is certainly a wild one, and uses bolder language than just about anyone thus far has used.

Trump has previously been acquitted of “inciting” the insurrection of January 6th, 2021.
