Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, was photographed visiting his attorney, Hollywood lawyer Kevin Morris, in the Pacific Palisades. The visit comes after Hunter agreed to plead guilty to federal tax crimes last month. The exclusive photos obtained by DailyMail.com showed Morris appearing to smoke from a white bong while on the balcony of his home.
The images might bring unwanted attention to Hunter, who has faced scrutiny in the past due to his documented history of drug use, including crack cocaine. One of the criminal charges against him is for lying on a 2018 federal gun form about being an illicit drug user, despite admitting to being a crack addict in his memoir.

During his visit, Hunter was reportedly accompanied by Secret Service bodyguards as he arrived at Morris’s Los Angeles home in a black SUV. Morris, known for his high-profile cases, represented TV show South Park creators in a lucrative $900 million deal with ViacomCBS in 2021. He was nicknamed Hunter’s ‘sugar brother’ after reportedly loaning the First Son around $2.8 million to settle his tax debts and joining his legal team amidst ongoing investigations.

Recently, Senator Chuck Grassley made public an FBI report containing claims from a trusted informant that both Joe and Hunter Biden received $10 million in bribes from a Ukrainian gas company owner. According to a source close to the federal probe, parts of the informant’s story were corroborated by the FBI in 2020.
Morris has also been involved in legal battles against right-wing nonprofit Marco Polo and its founder, former Donald Trump White House staffer Garrett Ziegler, who investigated the Biden family. Morris accused them of harassment, invasion of privacy, and ‘criminal impersonation.’
Additionally, Morris allegedly used clandestine tactics to obtain information from Hunter’s enemies. He was accused of lying to gain access to the film set of the controversial movie, My Son Hunter, which portrays Biden in a negative light regarding his alleged drug use, partying, and corrupt business dealings.
Despite attempts to question the authenticity of Hunter’s abandoned laptop, which was authenticated by various reputable media organizations, the lawyer’s proactive legal strategy reportedly caused concern at the White House. President Biden’s aides preferred Hunter to maintain a low profile.
Morris did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
