Ilhan Omar goes after Brett Kavanaugh with ‘impeachment’ tirade

The left will do whatever it takes to disparage President Donald Trump, including attacking those who the Commander in Chief has appointed to positions of power within Washington DC.

This carte blanche “resistance” to the President has been a smothering, constant drone of noise emanating from the democratic party over the course of the last few years.  From day one of Trump’s time in the Oval Office, we have been inundated with a cacophony of criticisms meant to drown our the conservative support that Trump enjoys.

Now, as the liberal left continues to radicalize, (thanks to folks such as “the squad”), these attacks on all-things-conservative have grown ever more desperate.  Just today, House Rep Ilhan Omar cited a now-corrected story in the New York Times in order to lambast Trump-appointed Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) called for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh to be impeached on Sunday after the New York Timesran a piece Saturday alleging that an eyewitness saw friends of Kavanaugh push “his penis into the hand of” a female student at a college party.

The Times later added to its piece on Sunday evening that the female student did not recall the incident, according to friends, and declined to comment:

“Editors’ Note: Sept. 15, 2019
An earlier version of this article, which was adapted from a forthcoming book, did not include one element of the book’s account regarding an assertion by a Yale classmate that friends of Brett Kavanaugh pushed his penis into the hand of a female student at a drunken dorm party. The book reports that the female student declined to be interviewed and friends say that she does not recall the incident. That information has been added to the article.”

However, before the Times added what amounted to a walk-back of the new allegation, Democrats such as Omar began lining up for calls for Kavanaugh’s impeachment.

Omar’s suddenness may have gotten the better of her, as political observers are now wholeheartedly criticizing the New York Times for their glaring omission.
