Florida has long held a peculiar reputations here in the United States.
First of all, this is one of those states that people travel to in droves. The warm weather, the beautiful beaches, and a boatload of family attractions to boot, this is one of the more traveled locales in all of America.
The locals of the Sunshine State, however, are also part of the attraction.
Known for their bizarre antics and illicit behavior, it’s a running gag that you can find a “Florida man” story for every occasion.
Now, one Florida woman is looking to take the crazy-town crown.
On June 23, a Palm Beach, Florida, commissioner’s meeting became heated when residents disputed the unanimous vote to make face masks mandatory. Video of one Florida resident in particular started trending on social media due to her passionate speech making reference to Bill Gates, Hillary Clinton and more.
And just how weird did it get?
Videos of the meeting showed that many residents were unhappy with the commissioners for their decision. In the video posted above, the unnamed Florida woman says, “You literally cannot mandate somebody to wear a mask knowing that that mask is killing people. It literally is killing people. And the people, we the people, are waking up.”
She later says, “Every single one of you that are obeying the devil’s laws are going to be arrested.” She also states that they are going to be “punished by God.” She ends her speaking time by saying, “What happened to Bill Gates? Why is he not in jail? Why is Hillary Clinton not in jail? Why are all of these pedophiles that are demanding you all to listen to their rules, why are they not in jail? Oh, is it because you’re a part of them? Are you a part of the deep state?”
