Politically Charged Protest Erupts at Jason Aldean Show!

In a recent incident outside a Jason Aldean concert in Chicago on Saturday night, a group of communist revolutionaries made headlines by burning multiple American flags as a form of protest. Videos of the incident captured by News2Share have surfaced, shedding light on their actions and the motivations behind them.

The protesters were affiliated with the Revolutionary Communist Party, commonly known as RevCom, which advocates for the establishment of a Marxist revolution in the United States, often referring to the country as “the belly of the beast.” Their demonstration involved burning American flags, an act that ultimately led the police to declare an unlawful assembly, citing the disturbance and alarm caused to others present at the event.

RevCom’s official website states their commitment to leading a revolution in the U.S. as part of the broader global movement towards communism. They express admiration for figures like Mao Zedong, particularly for what they view as his application of the “scientific method” and certain aspects of the Cultural Revolution.

Amidst the flag-burning, some of the protesters chanted, “We did it in a small town! We did it in a small town!” in reference to Aldean’s song “Try That In A Small Town.” The song had stirred controversy when its music video was released in July, with critics claiming it contained messaging critical of the Black Lives Matter movement. Despite the backlash, the song quickly rose to the top of iTunes’ charts, becoming the No. 1 song.

Responding to the controversy surrounding his song, Jason Aldean addressed the criticism on his social media platforms. He refuted accusations that his song endorsed lynching or expressed disapproval of nationwide Black Lives Matter protests, asserting that such claims were not only baseless but also potentially harmful.
