US Military’s Latest Move Set to Antagonize Beijing in a MAJOR Way

We can see it coming from a mile away:  A new global conflict in which the United States and the western world will find themselves squaring off against worldwide villain Russia and the immoral economic powerhouse of the Chinese Communist Party.

The proxy wars have either already begun, (in Ukraine), or are being staged as we speak in places like Taiwan.

In fact, even a brief visit from then US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to Taipei had Biejing fully triggered and suddenly flying planes over the tiny independent island.

Now, in a move that will surely raise eyebrows, the Biden administration is sending more US troops to the contested region.

The U.S. is preparing to send 100 to 200 troops to Taiwan for training amid rising tensions with China, a U.S. official familiar with the planning confirmed to Fox News on Thursday.

This number will expand a much smaller training program which has included the National Guard, Special Ops, and U.S. Marines in the past.

The Michigan National Guard will also train a contingent of the Taiwanese Army, including some training as part of larger exercises, on U.S. soil.

It didn’t appear as though US officials gave China’s inevitable objections much thought.

We don’t have a comment on specific operations, engagements, or training, but I would highlight that our support for, and defense relationship with, Taiwan remains aligned against the current threat posed by the People’s Republic of China,” Lt. Col. Marty Meiners, a Defense Department spokesperson, told Fox News on Thursday.

“Our commitment to Taiwan is rock-solid and contributes to the maintenance of peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait and within the region,” he added.

Russia, China, Iran and other authoritarian-leaning nations have been been forming every tighter bonds with one another in recent months, leading some to wonder whether or not a new “axis of evil” is preparing for World War III.
