From the very start, Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake was concerned about the potential for electoral malfeasance, having used her campaign platform to raise concerns over voter fraud and election security.
Now, with Lake having been defeated by her opponent Katie Hobbs nearly a full week after election day, Twitter users are losing their minds.
The Fox News Decision Desk can project that Democratic Secretary of State Katie Hobbs will be the next Governor of Arizona. She defeats GOP candidate and former local news host Kari Lake.
Per Arizona law, the race may go to a recount.
Lake is a former TV news anchor who stepped down last year after 22 years with the Fox affiliate in Phoenix to run for governor. Thanks in part to her strong support for former President Donald Trump and his unproven claims that the 2020 election was “stolen” and rigged,” Trump endorsed and heavily backed Lake as she narrowly won the GOP nomination over a candidate backed by Ducey.
Lake highlighted her “common sense conservatism” as she centered her campaign on the issues of border security, homelessness, banning critical race theory in Arizona classrooms, support for school choice, and opposition to abortion.
Lake’s loss wasn’t being taken so well over on Twitter, where a vast number of users were suggesting that something smelled fishy.
Maricopa County needs to start early voting for 2024 now so they can call it by Election Night.

On Election Day in Maricopa County, (which are the votes being dropped now) Republicans made up 52.7% of the vote, to Dems 16.6%. YET, Hobbs is winning 50+% of the votes?

We CAN NOT let Maricopa County simply get away with what they did to the citizens of Arizona.
They must be held accountable— and this must be fully litigated for the people who have been treated like garbage by them for this entire cycle.

Maricopa County is now the laughingstock of the world.
But don’t give up on them.
Election officials in Maricopa need to be sued into oblivion for disenfranchising so many Kari Lake supporters.
Redo the election without Katie Hobbs counting the votes.
