Biden Gives Interview While In Scranton

According to President Joe Biden, Pennsylvania is his state to lose. But as he was recently reminded, appearances can be deceiving.

During a recent interview with a local reporter, Biden was confronted with the reality of the ground game in the Keystone State, one of the key battlegrounds that ultimately handed him the 2020 election.

As the reporter drove around the state, he saw countless signs supporting former President Donald Trump but few, if any, for the current president. Sensing an opportunity, he asked Biden point-blank if he was “in trouble” in Pennsylvania. The answer he received was both defensive and dismissive.

With an air of arrogance, Biden shrugged off the question, claiming the reporter hadn’t been “driving in the right places.” He then touted his campaign’s “multiple headquarters” and the grassroots support he had received from tens of thousands of Pennsylvanians. But the numbers paint a different picture.

During the 2020 election, Trump received over 3 million votes in Pennsylvania, while Biden only managed to garner around 80,000 more. And with Trump’s approval rating among Republicans remaining high, it’s clear that there is still a significant base of support for the former president in the Keystone State.

With the recent news of Trump’s indictment on charges of falsifying business records, Biden was also pressed to respond to his opponent’s claim that Biden was somehow responsible for Trump’s legal troubles. Once again, Biden brushed off the question, claiming he had “nothing to do with” Trump’s “lack of ethics.”

However, the facts tell a different story. It was Biden’s constant attacks and insinuations of wrongdoing that ultimately led to Trump being hauled into court, distracting him from his duties as president and sowing division and chaos within the country.

Biden’s reluctance to take responsibility for his actions and their consequences is a worrying pattern that has emerged during his time in office. From his disastrous handling of the border crisis to his administration’s failures in Afghanistan, Biden seems content to deflect and avoid accountability instead of taking decisive action.

As his poll numbers continue to drop and his competency is questioned, it’s clear that the American people are beginning to see through his facade.

The actions and results matter, not empty rhetoric and blame-shifting. Like the rest of the country, Pennsylvania is waking up to this reality.
