OAN Execs May Face Charges After Allegations

In the aftermath of the 2020 election, it seems the woke CNN network is once again stirring the pot. According to recent court filings, the far-right network One America News (OAN) has been caught in the crossfire, with accusations of potentially engaging in criminal activities.

It seems that OAN executives received a potentially explosive email from former Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell, with a spreadsheet claiming to contain passwords of employees from the voting technology company Smartmatic. It is important to note that these allegations have not been proven and no one from OAN has been charged with any crimes.

Once again, it appears that CNN has resorted to its tired tactics of blurring the lines between opinion journalism and political advocacy. It’s no surprise that OAN is being targeted with claims when they dared to challenge the mainstream media’s narrative during the 2020 election.

Let’s take a closer look at the supposed evidence against OAN. The email exchange between OAN President Charles Herring and Powell has recently surfaced in court filings from Smartmatic’s defamation lawsuit against the network.

Smartmatic has already been embroiled in controversy, with allegations of bribes and misconduct. Yet, CNN conveniently fails to mention this in their reporting. It seems they are more interested in pushing their agenda than reporting the whole truth.

“OAN denies that its executive team ‘may have engaged in criminal activities.’ This vague accusation is a clumsy attempt to smear OAN and to divert attention from Smartmatic’s own misconduct,” OAN lawyer Charles Babcock said in a statement.

And let’s not forget about the MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell – another target of CNN’s smear campaign. According to court filings, OAN’s founder, Robert Herring, forwarded an email containing password information to Lindell.

But the hits keep coming for OAN, as they are also being sued by Dominion, another voting technology company targeted by false claims of fraud.

It’s no surprise that OAN is often labeled as a fringe far-right network, but it’s clear that they are just a convenient target for the left and their media allies. The fact that they were even able to settle a defamation suit with a former Dominion executive shows that this is all just a politically motivated attack.
