White House Physician Exposes President Biden’s Health Concerns

In a recent appearance on Fox News Channel’s ‘Hannity,’ Texas GOP Representative Ronny Jackson, a former White House physician, once again voiced his concerns about President Joe Biden’s mental and physical fitness. Jackson, who previously served as the White House physician to former Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump, highlighted the recent fall Biden experienced during a commencement ceremony at the U.S. Air Force Academy as evidence of his deteriorating health.

Jackson emphasized that part of the President’s role is to inspire confidence and project power, which he believes Biden is unable to do. He pointed to the President’s gaffes and the fall as indicators of both cognitive and physical decline, which he sees as a national security issue for the United States. The former White House physician called for action and accountability from those close to Biden, including his wife, Jill Biden, and the surrounding team.

The concern raised by Jackson is that Biden, at 80 years old and potentially serving until the age of 86, would not be able to fulfill the demands of the presidency. Jackson even went as far as suggesting that the President might require a walker to move around at events, highlighting the embarrassment he believes Biden’s physical condition brings upon the nation.

Jackson has been consistent in his calls for Biden to undergo a cognitive test or withdraw from the 2024 race. He circulated a letter among House Republicans in April, demanding Biden to take such a test or step down from seeking re-election. The letter referenced Biden’s age, public gaffes, and polls showing doubts about his mental fitness among many Americans.

The White House has dismissed concerns regarding Biden’s acuity, with press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stating that similar attacks on Biden’s fitness for office failed in the past. She pointed to Biden’s victory in the 2020 election and his subsequent accomplishments as evidence of his ability to lead.
